For those of you who contacted us about starting (or restarting) your HCG diet program this past month, we would like to apologize for the delay and frustration. We feel your pain! January is the most popular time to lose weight, and we have a very successful diet program. But that is of course predicated on being able to get the HCG.
Unfortunately, the pharmacy that we have worked with for almost 10 years was having difficulty getting the key ingredient, and when they finally did, they couldn’t get it to pass their internal quality control measures. They kept promising that we would have our order “Friday, or next week, or in a few days”, and we passed that along to our clients. But even as of today (February 17th), they told us they wouldn’t be able to ship until at least some time in March.
To that end, we carefully explored other options, and settled on a different pharmacy to provide us with HCG, and they have an equally good reputation. The HCG from the new pharmacy should even be a little easier for people to use, as it doesn’t have to be frozen. It still comes in 2 bottles and we will mix the first for you and show you how to mix the second. Otherwise, the rest of the diet program is the same, including the help from our diet coach, Patty Barkas.
Again, our apologies for the frustration and delay. As always, we strive to provide the most effective services and products for our clients, and we think we are back on track with our HCG diet program.
